Rubek Holistics have been practicing Reiki since 2015. The unique approach to the pure love energy has bred their bespoke Reiki Infused Indian Head Massages - the most popular treatment.

Rubek have been practicing on a range of bodies and personalities for over 9 years and have also treated wheelchair users as well as individuals with neuro-diversity, trauma, PTSD and migranes.

Rubek practice traditional Usui Reiki and both Eastern & Western methods.

A seated treatment that lasts 45 minute to one hour.

This treatment combines the magic of Reiki with Indian Head Massage techniques. I start with reiki to scan your chakra and boost your energy flow. Then you receive the first part of the head massage which incudes a light shoulder massage. The middle section is basic reflexology of your ears and face then I massage your scalp more intensely. The final stage is more reiki to seal in the healing.

If you consent, I like to pull a card (Usually angel or oracle)for you at the end and gift your with a crystal. I will read the crystal as it is a lucky dip and whatever you are needed in that moment will be reflected in the type of crystal you pick.

What is Reiki?

Reiki is the universal energy of love.

Reiki is a technique of healing wherby the attuned therapist can channel energy into the patient by means of touch or holding their hands near the client.

A Reiki sesison could be described as somewhere between a massage and a meditation.

Reiki activates the natural healing processes and restores physical and emotional wellbeing.

You are fully clothed during a Reiki session.

You should not have Reiki if you:-

• Are type 1 diabetic (It can mess woith your levels)
• Have a pacemaker (It can change the rhythms of the pacemaker)
• Have a broken bone (It can accelerate the healing and if it is not set right, this will cause alignment problems)
• You are under the influence of drugs or alcohol (Your blood will be thinner and you can get very light headed)

A full Reiki session lasts between 45 and 60 minutes.

The session can be conducted with you seated or lying down.

This treatment can also be conducted as distance healing.

Cupping Therapy is whereby cups (usually made from glass) are placed on your skin and create suction. This therapy is excellent for assistance with pain and imflammation as it helps blood flow and the removal of toxins from the skin.
